Who we are

Indji is developed by iintegrate Systems, a software development subsidiary of Australian geospatial consultancy, NGIS Australia Pty Ltd. Indji is being developed with funding support from AusIndustry’s Commercial Ready program.

iintegrate Systems was founded in September 2004 and is a privately owned Australian company that develops and commercialises spatial business software.

The origins of Indji began in the creation of the Hazwatch proof of concept in 2004, a project that was funded by the Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRC SI) and involved several government agencies from across Australia.

Indji has shown so much promise that the Australian Government agreed to invest in the commercialisation of this technology in 2006 with a Commercial Ready Grant.

Indji has since evolved to become a sophisticated, convenient and dynamic application that has a number of features and innovations that are unique worldwide.

When translated, 'Indji' means "close to" in a native Aboriginal dialect from the north-west of Australia.
